Receive the customer's order through the website or other sales channel.

Step 9: Enclose the Box in a Packaging Flyer

Place the box inside a lightweight packaging flyer to help ensure safe delivery

Step 12: Insert the Shipping Label

Attach the complete shipping information, Tracking ID, and total amount

Step 10: Seal the Flyer

Securely seal the flyer to help prevent tampering and theft

Step 11: Mark the Flyer as FRAGILE

Clearly mark fragile parcels so they are handled with care

Step 7: Video Record the Parcel While Packing

Record the packing process for documentation and order verification

Step 15: Making a call for feedback

Making a call for feedback after 3-5 days

Step 14: Hand the Parcel Over to the Courier Partner

Transfer the parcel to the courier or rider for delivery to the customer.

Step 13: Flyer Sealed and Packed — Ready for Delivery

Check the parcel to ensure it is properly sealed, labelled, and ready for dispatch.
